Pop Culture
For the last couple of years I have been doing
this thing I call pop culture which is just
snapping pictures of famous places that I
come across on my road trips. What started
out as like, "that really happened here?"
has now become an obsession which has caused me to go
hundreds of miles off the path just to get a picture of
some overlooked or forgotten landmark which at some point
in time has stood as a marker for the macabre
or a special place where our modern history actually
happened.
Just click on the picture if you would like to
see the pop culture places that I have so far.
Jesse James' 36 Ford
A few years ago Jesse James traded a old Panhead
Harley motorcycle for this 36 Ford 5 window coupe.
The 36 ford is one of the hardest cars to chop and
more than 11 inches of metal was added just to bring
the thing back together after 6 inches was removed
from the front and the back of the roof.
The Coupe Features`48 model Harley headlights and a custom
fit Nash grille.
This custom chopped top ride also has a cool airbrushed dash with
white leather interrior and a four link bagged suspension
that keeps it rolling low around Long Beach.
just click on the picture if you would like to see more
of this wild`36 Ford 5 window coupe.

Bishop Black A while back Jeremy Braswell and Preston Grammer came by the shop wanting to talk about choppers but all I wanted to talk about was Bishop Black. This band is awesome they do a little reggae and blues with a mix of funk and gospel with Pat Sowell(bass&vocals), Steve White(drums), Preston Grammer(guitar) and Jeremy Braswell(vocals). Click on the pic to see their site.
